How to confirm my COD order?
Our Customer Service will call you to confirm your order within 48 hour after placing an order.
We’ll send you Email and Whatsapp to confirm your order if we fail to contact you within 48 hour after placing your order，please reply us as soon as possible.
After that, your order will be prepared and shipped out as usual.
Note: the order will be automatically cancelled if we fail to contact you within 5 days, or if we do not receive your response.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Preparing and delivery time completely depends on the destination.Usually within 3 days.
My order, where is it?
After the package is shipped, the package tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, or if the tracking information is inaccurate, please email us.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
Please email us your order number.
The item you ordered does not fit. What should I do?
To initiate an exchange for an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item with tags, please email us for more specific assistance.
